Trip2Art Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-11

These terms are the agreement between you and TheBloomsbridge LLC ("we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company, for the Trip2Art app and website. They are short on purpose. By creating an account you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy, which explains what happens to your data.

Who can use Trip2Art

Trip2Art is for adults aged 18 and over. You must be 18 or older to create an account, and by creating one you confirm that you are. One account is for one person; do not share your sign-in details.

What Trip2Art does

You choose photographs from your own phone. We send them to AI providers who turn them into black-and-white line drawings, assemble the drawings into a printable book, and give you a PDF. Your original photographs are deleted within 24 hours of your book being finished — usually within minutes.

The providers are named on the consent screen before you upload anything, and in the Privacy Policy.

Your photographs stay yours

You own your photographs and you own the pages we make from them. We claim no ownership of either.

To make your book we need your permission to do a specific, limited set of things with a photograph you choose: send it to our AI providers, have a drawing made from it, and store that drawing in your library so you can download it again. That permission covers nothing else. We do not sell your photographs, we do not use them to train AI models, and we do not show them to anyone else. The permission ends when the photograph is deleted, which is within 24 hours either way.

If you delete your account, your books and pages go with it. See the account deletion page for exactly what is deleted and what is kept.

Using Trip2Art properly

Two things we ask, and they are the only two:

We do not screen the content of your photographs. The AI providers apply their own safety filters and will sometimes decline a photograph. When that happens we tell you the provider declined it, delete the photograph, and do not charge you for it. The decision is theirs, we cannot switch it off, and they do not always tell us what they objected to.

Every page carries a Report button. If something reaches you that should not exist, use it.

What it costs

Trip2Art is free while it is in early access. There is nothing to buy inside the app and no subscription. There is a daily limit on how many books one account can make, which the app shows you.

If we ever start charging, we will say so clearly before you are asked to pay, and you will never be charged for something you did not agree to.

What we promise, and what we do not

We will run the service carefully and honestly, and we will tell you the truth about what it did.

We cannot promise that a particular photograph will produce a drawing you like, that the service will always be available, or that a provider will never decline something. Trip2Art is provided "as is". Keep your own copies of your photographs — we delete ours, so we cannot give them back.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us, which at the moment is nothing.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law of your own country that cannot be taken away by an agreement.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time, in Settings or on the deletion page, without asking us.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we have to stop offering the service. If we close the service we will give you reasonable notice and time to download your books.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will ask you to agree again in the app before you make another book. Small corrections we will simply publish here with a new date.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
