Delete your Trip2Art account
This page deletes an account in Trip2Art, the app published by TheBloomsbridge LLC.
You can delete your account here without signing in. Enter the email address on your account and we'll send you a link to confirm. Following that link deletes your account, your books, and any photos still in transit — typically within 24 hours.
Already have the app? You can also delete your account in Settings, where it happens immediately.
What is deleted, and what is kept
Deleted: your account and sign-in details (including any link to your Google account), your email address, every book you have made and every page in it, any photograph still in transit, your reports, and your notification tokens. Photographs are deleted as part of this and are in any case deleted within 24 hours of being turned into a page, whether or not you delete your account.
Kept: three records, none of which is linked to you afterwards. A billing record of what the image generation cost us, with your identity replaced by an internal number — it is a financial record and contains no photographs, no page images, and no file names. A device record that names no account, kept so that deleting an account cannot be used to claim the free allowance again on the same device. And a place-name record: when a photo told us roughly where it was taken, we asked once what that area is called and kept the answer, so we never pay to ask about the same town twice. It is a rounded, town-sized point and a place name — the same pair any map prints — with no account, no book and no photograph attached, so there is nothing of yours in it to delete. None of the three can be used to identify you or to recover anything you made.
Deletion is permanent. There is no undo and no way to restore a book afterwards — download anything you want to keep first.
