Refunds
If something we sold you did not work, tell us and we will put it right. Where you ask depends on where you paid.
If you bought inside the Android app
Google took the payment, so Google handles the refund. Open the Play Store, go to Payments and subscriptions, find the order and ask Google to refund it. Google decides these, usually within a few days, and the money goes back the way you paid.
We cannot reverse a decision Google has made. If Google says no and you think that is wrong, write to support@trip2art.com and we will look at it ourselves.
If you bought on our website
Write to support@trip2art.com with the email address on your account and roughly when you paid. A person reads every one of these and answers as soon as they can, usually within a few working days. If we agree a refund we send it back to the card or account you paid from, and your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 working days.
When a book does not come out
Nothing at all was made. The credit goes back to you by itself. You do not have to ask, and there is nothing to refund, because nothing was spent.
Some pages came out and some did not. The book counts as made and the credit is spent — the whole credit, even if only one page of five came out. We would rather say that plainly than bury it.
A declined photograph costs you no extra credit, and it never becomes a separate charge. It does not give you a credit back either, which is the same sentence read from the other side and the one that matters to you.
So: if a short book was not worth what you paid, that is exactly what the refund is for. Tell us at support@trip2art.com and we will refund it or put the credit back.
If you are in the European Union: fourteen days to change your mind
You have 14 days from the day you buy to cancel and get your money back, for any reason, and you do not have to give one. We do not ask you to give this right up, and there is no box anywhere in the app that takes it away.
This right is not ours to refuse, and it does not depend on Google. Everything above this heading is our own refund policy, where we decide. This is not that. It is the law where you live, it sits on top of our policy, and we do not get to say no to it.
Asking through Google is usually the fastest way to get your money, so try that first for anything bought in the Android app. But if Google refuses inside those fourteen days, write to support@trip2art.com and we will refund you ourselves. Google turning you down does not end this right and is not our answer.
On a plan, the refund is pro-rata: you get back what you paid, less the part of the plan you have already had. On a single book, you get your money back; if the book was already made, we may keep a proportionate part of the price for what you have already had.
This is part of our full Terms of Service. To cancel a plan rather than ask for money back, see "Plans renew until you cancel them" there.
